1. Who we are
PlanetThemes ("we", "us") sells premium themes for the Ghost publishing platform at planethemes.com. PlanetThemes is a Planet Communities brand.
2. Orders and payment
Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the checkout.
3. License
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on an unlimited number of Ghost sites that you own or operate. You may modify the theme for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or repackage the theme or substantial portions of it, whether modified or not.
4. Delivery
The theme is delivered as an instant digital download immediately after checkout, and a receipt is emailed to you. If you have any trouble accessing your download, contact us and we will sort it out promptly.
5. Updates and support
Your purchase includes updates for the 1.x series of the theme and reasonable email support at [email protected]. Support covers installation and theme functionality on supported Ghost versions; it does not include custom development.
6. Refunds

7. Warranty and liability
Themes are provided "as is". We test against supported Ghost versions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every plugin, customization or future Ghost release. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new purchases. Material changes will be dated above.
