What we collect
This site is a static website: it has no accounts. Its only form is the contact form. It uses Google Analytics to measure visits, which sets cookies (see below).
- Purchases: checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects the data needed to process your payment (name, email, payment details, country) under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details — never your payment details.
- Contact form and email: when you use the contact form we receive your name, email, the topic and your message (plus your site or order number if you add them). The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. We keep the correspondence to provide support and answer your inquiry.
- Server logs: our web server and Cloudflare keep standard access logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, retained briefly.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 on planethemes.com and on the Vanta demo (vanta.planethemes.com) to understand which pages people visit and how they arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, under Google's privacy policy. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
What we do with it
Deliver your purchase, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in at checkout.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold about you through our contact form. For data held by Paddle (invoices, payment records), Paddle's privacy policy and retention rules apply.
